Booking Policy
Read Before Booking an Appointment
There is a Non-Refundable $20 booking fee that will go towards the price of your services and/or will be used if you reschedule.
Your appointment will not be set in stone without the booking fee.
Cash App your booking fee along with your Name to: $StoneColdLocs
Payments accepted: CASH AND CASH APP ONLY.
If you have TWO no call no shows or fail to cancel your appointment within 12 hours future services will be declined.
Cancelations must be made at least 2 hours in advance and 2 days in advance for instant locs and loc (re)attachment.
MOBILE VISIT FEE (DO YOU NEED ME TO COME TO YOU?:
Please do not forget to add your MOBILE VISIT FEE when you book.
CONSULATION AND APPOINTMENTS:
If you have trouble keeping your appointments you can sign up on the home page to be put on the unexpected openings list.
Consulation can be done by text if: You TEXT me a video with the flash on slowly showing your whole hair in detail or we can schedule and in person consulation but you must come to me.** The consulation is done to quote you any extra.
WHEN YOU BOOK, add ALL SERVICES that you need done at the appointment you‘re booking. This allows me to manage time in between appointments easier. **
If you DO NOT want me to shampoo your locs as a part of your service you MUST do so BEFORE your appointment.
MOBILE VISITS:
You will recieve a gas fee based on your location which will serve as your deposit. Text me with your name and location and I will tell you what your deposit will be.
BE PREPARED UPON MY ARRIVAL. Your appointment time is the time I schedule my next appointment based on.
I require a well lit working area,
ONE 10 minute break is allowed.
IF YOU COME TO ME:
NO GUESTS Without permission.
$10 LATE FEE after 15 minutes.
$15 LATE FEE AFTER 20 minutes.
I have the rights to cancel an appointment who is more than 25 minutes late.
